Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We collect only your child's first name and age to personalize the story. Photos uploaded for character generation are deleted from our servers after the story is created. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. You will keep access until the end of your billing period and will not be charged again.
How is the digital PDF delivered?
Your personalized story PDF is generated and sent to your email address within minutes of your order. You can also download it directly from your account dashboard.

First generate your digital story ($14.99). Once it's ready, read it online — if you love it, click 'Print Now' to upgrade to a physical hardcover for just $32. Fill in your shipping address, complete the payment, and we'll print and deliver it to your door in 7–14 days.
How long does physical book delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your book is dispatched.
What if there is a problem with my order?
