MindHack Stories is intended for use by parents and legal guardians.

• →Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
• →Consent: By using this service for a child, you represent that you are that child's parent or legal guardian and you consent to the processing of their name and photo for the sole purpose of story generation.

2. Account Usage

• →Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
• →Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the service to upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these safety standards.

3. Content Ownership & License

• →Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos and names you upload. You grant MindHack Stories a limited license to use this content only to generate your specific story.
• →Our Content: MindHack Stories owns the 3D claymorphism art style, the story templates, and the AI software architecture.
• →The Result: You are granted a perpetual, personal license to keep, share, and print the specific personalized stories you have purchased or generated. You may not sell the generated stories as standalone commercial assets.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our stories are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for high-quality educational content, we provide the service "as is." We are not liable for unexpected creative outputs or minor factual inconsistencies generated by the AI.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if these terms are breached.
